There is one subscription, billed monthly. You pay £15 per Coaching seat per month, and you can add or remove Coaching seats as your needs change.
You can add up to 100 Assessment seats. People added before 1 September 2026 remain free for life; people added from that date are £1 per seat / month. Every Organisation Admin occupies one paid Coaching seat.
Up to 100 Assessment seats can be allocated. People added before 1 September 2026 remain free for life.
After that date, new Assessment seats are £1 per seat / month unless covered by the grandfathered launch offer.
Coaching starts at 5 seats: every subscription includes a minimum of 5 Coaching seats, because MyTeamBuilder is built around team dynamics, not isolated individuals.
Beyond those 5, you can add Assessment seats up to the current 100-person platform limit.
Yes. Many organisations start with 5 Coaching seats for selected leaders and roll Assessment seats out to everyone else. You can upgrade any Assessment seat to a Coaching seat whenever that person needs Bilee.
Their assessment and Personality profile data carries over when they're upgraded — nothing is lost.
Yes, you have complete control over your subscription. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and deactivating auto-renewal. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Please note that upon cancellation, you will lose access to all coaching conversations, member profiles, team insights and organisational data. We recommend downloading any important information before cancelling.
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.
All conversations are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Your discussions remain your personal, secure space for growth and development. We take privacy seriously because trust is the foundation of effective coaching.
Coaching conversations are encrypted with AES-256, and individual coaching content is never visible to managers, HR, or admins. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — your card details never touch our servers.
